Oh I love these! That technique of attaching the branches to the border is just wonderful. I've never been able to do it so nicely!
I do like these, Ulrike! I agree with HeidiSue - the first one, attaching to the border is fantastic and so well done. Axxx
I am also fascinated by the negative use of Hollibaugh in the first tile. I don't think I could do it without pencil lines. Lovely pieces.
Both are very beautiful, Great shading.
I tend to have a little trouble with traditional Hollibaugh, like your second tile, which is sooooo well drawn, so I really like the first tile, which is a very clever take on the idea.
Both so very beautiful and especially the first one screams 'less is more'!!!
Beautiful, especially the first Hollibaugh tile!
I really like both. They are quite dramatic and bold. The shading is great!
I really like your Divas!! The first is my favorite because it is so unusual!! :) :)~ Diane Clancyhttp://www.dianeclancy.com/blog/2015/11/my-diva-hollibaugh-challenge-entry
Zwei sehr schöne Varianten mit Hollibaugh zeigst du! Super. LG Esther
You did a great job on both tiles. I didn't submit my challenge this week because I was just having too much trouble trying to make hollibaugh work for me. You made yours look wonderful.
Great tiles Ulrike! I love that first one~the shading is superb! Well done;-)
